Fragrant Spikenard Nepali Rope Incense is crafted from plants and herbs of the high Himalayas. This particular blend is extracted from the Spikenard plant, white and red Sandalwood, Sungandhi Bal and Clove. Burned in Stupas, Temples and meditation rooms for its aromatic ambiance. Ropes are artfully packaged in bundles of hand rolled lokta paper.

Spikenard helps with calming of anxiety and heals emotional and psychological trauma and pain. It is calming and soothing; great tool to use for meditation.

Comes in a bundle of approximately 50 ropes, 9cm" long each.  You can burn rope incense by lying it flat on a bed of sand or a charcoal holder; light fire on the tip of the rope and allow it to burn burn few seconds. Blow off the fire and the incense smoke will start emitting.  Each ropes burns between 15 to 20mins.
