Plant Therapy- Palo Santo Essential Oil 30ml

For centuries, Palo Santo Essential Oil has been used for its wonderful healing properties. Its name translates to “holy wood” in Spanish, as it’s believed to help ward off negative energy. Sharing similar constituents, it is considered a cousin to Frankincense Essential Oil.

Take one sniff of Palo Santo-- not only will you experience a woody, sweet, slightly fruity aroma, but it can help ease feelings of stress, anxiety, or nervous tension. Also, it can help settle down headaches caused by such emotions. With tender or sore muscles, dilute this healing oil to help alleviate pain. When diffused, it can help support a healthy respiratory system.

Add 2 drops of Palo Santo, 2 drops of Lavender, and 1 drop of Mandarin to 1 tablespoon of bubble bath or body wash; mix into your bathwater to help relax and alleviate the lows from everyday worry. To help reduce tenderness, mix 2 drops of Palo Santo, 2 drops of Frankincense with 1 ounce of your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil and apply topically to the affected area. We recommend a maximum dilution of 3% for topical applications.
